The venue is spacious and well-maintained with friendly and supportive staff. the hotel offers a budget-friendly and delicious breakfast with stunning views and a variety of fresh strawberries and an omelet station.

The breakfast at their Grey Rock restaurant was delicious, and the eggs benedict were terrific! The rooms were updated, simply decorated, and I loved that they had a fridge and a couch. The hotel was in a gorgeous location, and the upscale restaurant on premise for dinner was a great addition.

Spacious rooms with great views. Good-sized pool for both kids and adults, with two hot tubs. Optional game room and restaurant on site. Excellent customer service.

During my recent stay, I was amazed at the stunning grounds and beautiful carriage house gardens at Heidel House Resort. The pools were refreshing and the lake view was breathtaking. The restaurants provided delicious meals, although a bit pricey. I would recommend this hotel.

The beach area was clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the on-site ice cream shop was a cute addition, offering a sweet treat to cool down on a hot day.
The food quality and service at the hotel's restaurants left much to be desired. The staff at the Boathouse and Sunroom could do with better training - they appeared slow and not very pleasant.
